Made in collaboration with superstar South African winemaker Bernhard Bredell from Scions of Sinai, this is a thrilling and energetic Chenin Blanc sourced from a beautiful plot of dry farmed, old vine Chenin that sadly no longer exists; a real one off. Fermented and aged in old 300l barrels, freshness here is key, along with
